    Annie,
Like Ali I could not find your email address, but I just had to let you know that I really enjoy your podcasts. I started listening with number one and I’m hooked. I actually found you mentioned in Quilter’s Home Magazine!!! I’ve been visiting your site almost daily since then. Thanks for sharing :)

  3. Hi Annie, how are you?

Today while Dana and I were having lunch on the patio, I said to him, “There’s a new program called Stitch ‘n Pitch. What do you think that is?”

He replied immediately, “Oh, it’s a new form of baseball, where when a player comes up to bat, not only does he have to make a base hit but he has to make a quilt block before he can advance.”

The idea has potential, no? :)

Then I explained to him briefly what the program was really about. He replied, “Oh, I don’t like it, for two reason. First, when you’re at a baseball game, you have to keep your eye on the ball, because you could be hit by a foul pitch. Secondly, if you are hit by a foul pitch, you or your neigbor could be injured by the needle.”

So there you have it Annie, baseball wisdom from DH Dana, who is quite the fan himself, having lived part of his childhood in Indianapolis, where they have a farm team for the Cincinnati Reds. “Keep your eye on the ball!”

    Cheers, loved the broadcast,
    Kay
