Laura’s collage – don’t you love her style?
One last little treat. There is this darling little english tea house in Carmel that has been my favorite for decades and is a Carmel landmark. I haven’t been there for easily ten years, so I decided to arrange my day so I could have lunch there before going to interview Laura. Here is a picture of my yummy lunch, that will hopefully tempt you to visit the Tuck Box when you go to Carmel-by-the-Sea.

A ham cold plate with scones, served with the best olalliberry jam. Heaven on a plate!
And, last but not least, as I mentioned in the podcast,
March is Kirsten’s birthday month. In honor of her birthday, she will be sending donors to the podcast one of her patterns,

Hi Annie – so glad you’re back in business! Fun interview!
Annie, it’s great to have you back. Laura has been to our quilt guild and everyone loved her! She is one talented and funny lady. I remember her blue chair series.
Hi Annie, I am a relatively new listener, and I am enjoying your podcasts SO MUCH!!! Please keep up the great work! Also, please thank Web Guy for me for getting the site back up so I can view the podcast blogs while I listen to the older ones. I loved your interview with Laura and the ones I’ve heard with other quilters too. Thanks again!

Hi Annie. Your podcasts are great fun. I try to listen to them while I sew – if my cats ever let me sew for more than a couple of minutes at a time. This book looks like a lot of fun and I have a space that one of these quilts would great – a plastered over fireplace. Thanks for all the great info you provide.
Hi Annie- we met in Houston right at the tail-end of Market in Mark Lipinski’s booth.
I was just listening to your show today – catching up on old episodes. Looks like I’m still a couple of episodes behind – I’m very excited to see that Laura Wasilowski was on the show. I’ve enjoyed seeing her on other quilting programs and I’m looking forward to your conversation with her.
Thanks for the great programs.
