Wow, it’s turning into a whirlwind week for me here in Asilomar. I enjoy rubbing elbows with all of the attendees. I’m trying to meet and talk to as many quilters as I can in the short time I have.

I have Empty Spools ‘envy’ so bad. Esterita Austin was here at our guild this week- what a treat she is. She was just at Empty Spool last month.
I can’t wait to hear those interviews with fabulous quilters there. It makes it feel a tiny bit closer to the East Coast.
